Born in Austria between a shimmering lake and snowy mountains, Adam Graf is a Berlin-based cinematographer blending the art of filmmaking with a love for Kaiserschmarrn. He crafts visual recipes, skillfully using light and shadow to reveal the true emotions behind each narrative.
Passionate about human connections, Adam sees filmmaking as a shared experience driven by empathy and emotion.
He has worked with brands like Mercedes, Adidas, BVG, and Lidl. In 2023, he won the Young Cinematography Encouragement Award for The Taster, a BAFTA-winning short shot on 35mm. His feature debut, Another German Tank Story, premiered at the 2024 Shanghai Film Festival and won the First Steps Big Audience Award. It hits German cinemas in April 2025.
