Noé was born and is living in Paris.
As his family is working in the production field (his mother is costumer designer, his father owns a production company, his sister is editor), Noe naturally started working in this industry 20 years ago (as first AD, mostly on commercials working for production companies like Premère Heure, LaPac, Irene, Partizan, Radical Media etc.).
Following his inspiration and passion for visuals, cinematography, emotion and aesthetic images, he started doing shorts films: portraits of women, from 2 or 3 min, shot in 35mm. Noé’s films always focus on strong female characters. This means he spends a lot of time (sometimes obsessively) trying to imagine and in turn, reconstruct, what it must feel like to be a woman in this world of ours. These women at the centre of his films, are beautiful not just because of their looks, but because they radiate natural beauty by their will to live, work and care for their families. These strong and positive women have fascinated and inspired him since his childhood; they are his muses.
