Christian Huck is a Berlin based director of photography shooting commercials, music videos and features worldwide. In 2013 Christian shot his first feature “Morpheus” which premiered at the International Film Festival in Shanghai. His work on “The Liechtenstein Saga“ was awarded with the Cannes TV Award for best docu-fiction. “Family”, an intense thriller directed by Israeli director Veronica Kedar, wrapped in early 2016. His work on “Smuggling Hendrix”, directed by Marios Piperides, has been shot entirely on location in Cyprus and deals with the complexities of the political situation on the island. The film won the award for “Best International Narrative” in Tribeca 2018. Recently he wrapped “Softness of Bodies” by American director Jordan Blady. In the meantime Christian got hooked on shooting commercials and music videos including clients like Mercedes, Aldi, Absolut, Smart, Samsung, Adidas, Jägermeister, E-Plus, Rolls Royce, Deutsche Bahn, Warner Music Germany and Sony UK. His work on “Supergirl” for the electronic act “Alle Farben” has been viewed over 100 million times. Christian loves personal stories and truly believes in the authentic language of cinema.
